Turning Wrenches - Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, & Audi Mechanics

Very professional, reasonable pricing. My wife loves the 2017 GLS 450 Mercedes that I bought new so she sold her Land Rover Sport. And, after some obvious maintenance issues, she decided to get some major repairs to prolong its life over the 100K miles it has now instead of trading it in. I checked the area for a shop that typically handled European cars outside of the dealership. Top of the list was Turning Wrenches. I liked what I saw on their website so I made the appointment for a Mercedes B service & told them there appeared to be a vacuum leak of some kind. To begin with, they had a 2014 GLS as a loaner that I wasn't expecting. Since the repairs could take several days,…

Jimmy was very patient while I found answers to all the questions he asked me. I found Jimmy to be professional, friendly, and not pressuring. He was quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. I found Turning Wrenches to be clean and I liked that there was complimentary coffee and comfortable seating in the waiting area. When I picked up my Porche it was immaculate and to my surprise there was a bottle of water and delicious cookies! I like the convenient location and plan to return for future service.

From the first phone call to Turning Wrenches, I knew the employees were genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and took pride in their work. They explained clearly all of the repairs needed, which I appreciated. They certainly exceeded my expectations, and I feel confident I can trust them to lead me in the right direction with repairs on my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nice to find other professionals in this industry that’s willing to be professional. Jimmy and Josh were extremely helpful with a Mercedes Headlight that we had an issue with. There’s a reason that not all shops will work on the Euro’s and definitely a reason that customers need an alternative to the dealer and the team at Turning Wrenches set the standard on European Cars! Thanks for the help guys!

I shopped around to 3 different independent service shops for my 2017 Porsche Macan and settled on Turning Wrenches. They had my car for two days performing multiple services for me. They were able to put me in a nice loaner vehicle so my day to day had no interruptions. Jimmy was very personable and great to work with. Thank you guys for providing exceptional service.
