Popped by in a hurry, needed some assistance with a pre-purchased inspection. They took time to help me get what I needed done and also set me up with an account that I needed for a my business. I appreciate their help and they were honest brokers.

We have used Springdale for many years and had great experiences. This was not the case this last time. I called to check on the car and the person I spoke to each time was extremely rude. I received a text with the amount for the repair and I agreed to the amount, assuming I would have a breakdown sent to me soon after. I did not get that breakdown until after all work was complete and it did not add up to the amount sent to me prior. They explained that the extra cost was for “supplies”, but it wasn’t on the estimate. I found my new auto shop. Clean, friendly, fast, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend. I had some A/C work done and I called 6 different shops for quotes. Springdale was in the lower half of the estimates, but not the cheapest. The cheapest shop had to schedule out 3 weeks and Springdale was able to get me in the next day. I appreciate that the office is nice and clean, even though I only spent a few minutes in it. The ability to pay the bill through my email made the checkout process extremely quick. The 3 employees that I've spoken with were very helpful and they were able to resolve my issue hours quicker than other shops estimated.

Had to replace the clock in my Lexus 460. The cost ended up at 35% of what the dealer wanted to charge. They did a great job. Will start having them do the 5K mile service moving forward Very helpful staff

Best car service I’ve had in over 20 year. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on. Straight shooters.
