Don Ott's Auto Body Inc

In January 2025, my vehicle was hit by an impatient driver. I was referred to Don Ott's Auto Body Inc by a co-worker and I am beyond thankful for that. Don was great to work with on getting a quote, and dealing with the other driver's insurance to get things approved for my repairs. His shop did an outstanding job of not only getting my car fixed in just one week - even though the bays were full with other vehicles at drop-off & pick-up, but also with having my vehicle look like nothing ever happened. The cost for repairs was also very reasonable; actually, it was less than I was anticipating for the work. With this review I have shared before and after photos. I highly recomme…

Don had me in and out quickly for a side mirror repair. The dealership quoted me $600, and he did it for $300 less because he was able to order used parts. Don't bother with the big names, save some money and buy small!

Don Ott did a great job repairing my Kia. He was friendly and professional, his estimate was accepted by the insurance company without issue, there were no surprise charges, and the car was ready when he said it would be. He was responsive to questions through email from both myself and the insurance adjuster. The car looks brand new where it was repaired. It's a small shop and it's busy, so I had to wait a couple of weeks for a slot in his schedule. Will definitely come back here if I need bodywork in the future.

Don Ott's Auto Body provided a quick and efficient quote for my body repair work. Their quality of work was excellent and they had the vehicle ready when they said it would be ready. I received regular communication along the way to keep me informed. I would recommend this business to anyone needing body repair for their automobile.

This is a great business. I have taken multiple cars over the years and they have always done an exemplary job. The finished product will be like new and function will be perfect. Don is extremely responsive and a great guy to deal with overall. I will only take my cars here, bottom line.
