Definitely not happy, had my 1989 turbo trans am front bumper painted , car was a rotisserie restoration 1 year ago so car was prestige, tow truck damaged from bumper paint, Tom told me the right way is to pull bumper off paint n reinstall exactly what I wanted instead of butcher job, not what I got, all clear drips hanging off front bumper, so Tom tells me I guess they couldn't get bumper off, ok so if that the cars why charge me $1000? The estimate was clear, they communicated when they anticipated beginning work on the car. They DID ACTUALLY BEGIN WORK on the day they said they anticipated, and the estimate was actually just a bit higher than our final walk out the door price. The finished product looks great, I can't tell any of the previous damage. Hard to argue with this. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the agreed upon price. Obviously every vehicle damage is different, estimates can only be so accurate. But I feel good from this experience, and would return the next time i need body work.

The Bob's (father/son) are great guys and do excellent work! They scheduled me in for a repair and got it done in 5 days. Paint match is excellent and the car looks good as new. I won't hesitate to use them again.
