The estimate was clear, they communicated when they anticipated beginning work on the car. They DID ACTUALLY BEGIN WORK on the day they said they anticipated, and the estimate was actually just a bit higher than our final walk out the door price. The Bob's (father/son) are great guys and do excellent work! They scheduled me in for a repair and got it done in 5 days. Paint match is excellent and the car looks good as new. I won't hesitate to use them again.
