Honest Mechanic

I had a truly painless experience at this shop. Josh was extremely thorough, kind, and straight forward about my car. Grateful to have found a knowledgeable, trusted mechanic in the area. Would give 10 stars if I could!

The only mechanic I will ever take my vehicle to. Josh is not only professional with extensive knowledge on new & old European cars, but he is also kind. He explains things in a way that you can actually understand and encourages you to ask questions so that you are educated on your vehicle. 11/10, forever customer!

Josh was fantastic!! We took our Toyota Prius in for an oil change and wheel realignment. Their pricing and communication was exceptional. Honest Mechanic has a definite mindset for keeping customers long-term. They did a comprehensive inspection. Not to pressure us into upsales, but to get a good idea of the condition of our car. They went over any concerns, immediate and long-term. Then, they knocked out the immediate work, and we will definitely be going back for future maintenance and future repairs. During the work, Honest Mechanic accidentally did some work that we had decided not to do over the phone. Josh quickly double checked his records and confirmed that we wouldn’t be charged …

Took them 1.5 hrs… Not sure why I’m the one to have an issue with them. They have great reviews and came recommended by a friend. Thought they would be good. Your loss. Enjoy your first one star review I suppose. You definitely earned it.

You could spend hours looking and comparing mechanics / prices OR you could take your vehicle to Josh. Notice how I didn't say take a chance. Honest Mechanic is run by a guy named Josh. As the name suggests, he truly is honest. He doesn't do anything without your consent to do so. Shows you exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Offers suggestions / options (doesn't bully like other places) on how to proceed. Uses OEM parts for the warranty if possible. And treats you like a human being. He also keeps you informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Nowadays everything is expensive. Especially when it comes to repairing our vehicles. So why not take i…
